Catch the first whiff of new and upcoming artists at Bumpkin's open-mic festival, 'Bumpkin Jam' at Notting Hill. From August to mid-September, watch a variety of acts perform live while enjoying Bumpkin's menu of fine British food.
If you're into a mix of melody, rap and soul, Cuthbert 80 - playing on 18 August - could be the thing for you, with his songs Rotten Miracles and What Does It Take showing off is adaptability.
Alternatively, get rocking with Camden trio Feen and their blend of funk, grunge, psychedelic rock "with a bluesy twist".
And if you're into something quieter, you can watch another Camden local and BBC Radio interviewee Sadie Jemmett - 15 September - with her collection of folksy, acoustic songs and beautiful and ethereal voice. Her songs Entirely and Come Down are great for winding down and enjoying the summer days.
