Fifteen thousand residents in Notting Hill will be under the responsibility of repairs division Willmott Dixon after they struck a deal with Notting Hill Housing Trust.
Willmott Dixon - now responsible for 135,000 UK properties - has signed a five-year contract worth £45 million to work with Notting Hill's housing staff and provide responsive repair and maintenance services; the contract may possibly be extended by up to 10 years if their work is successful.
The contractor's managing director Mick Williamson said: "We are delighted to be given this opportunity to work with Notting Hill in delivering a first-class service to residents."
High standards in tenant satisfaction and service performance will be targeted by the partnership in order to achieve year-on-year improvements for the residents of Notting Hill.
